Using TenPair

These terms apply when you install or use TenPair. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. You must have permission from a parent or guardian if you are not legally able to agree to these terms where you live.

Permission to use the app

App Factory gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use TenPair for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

Game progress and availability

Scores, streaks, achievements, and game progress are for personal entertainment and have no cash value. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if the app is removed, its data is cleared, or the device is damaged. TenPair does not provide an App Factory cloud account or cloud sync.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

Advertising and optional rewards

TenPair provides an initial 24-hour ad-free period measured from its saved first-open time, not active play time. After that period, banners may appear when available and permitted by your consent settings.

Rewarded videos are optional. Each eligible completed video grants three hours of temporary ad-free time when the ad provider confirms completion, subject to availability and the app’s reward limits. The app does not offer ad-free reward videos during the initial welcome period. Rewards have no cash value, and watching ads is not required to complete levels.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass technical protections, or use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes another person’s rights.

Ownership

TenPair and its original code, visual design, name, and other materials are owned by App Factory or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit those materials except where the law or the relevant app-store terms allow it.

Third-party services

The app may include advertising or links provided by third parties. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. App Factory is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

Warranties and liability

The app is provided as available. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, App Factory is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, loss of locally stored progress, or your inability to use the app.
