Terms of use
Effective 26 September 2026
Clear, practical information about how 2048 works.
Using 2048
These terms apply when you install or use 2048. By using 2048, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using 2048. You must have permission from a parent or guardian if you are not legally able to agree to these terms where you live.
Permission to use 2048
App Factory gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use 2048 for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of 2048 store from which you obtained it.
Game progress and availability
Scores and game progress are for personal entertainment and have no cash value. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if the app is removed, its data is cleared, or the device is damaged. 2048 does not provide an App Factory cloud account or cloud sync.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.
Advertising and optional rewards
The app displays third-party advertisements, including banners and an interstitial between some games. Ad availability can vary.
Rewarded videos are optional. Watching one can give you an extra undo or a one-time continue for the current game, and the reward is granted only when the ad provider confirms completion. Rewards have no cash value, apply only to the current game, and watching ads is not required to play.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to misuse 2048, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass technical protections, or use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes another person’s rights.
Ownership
2048 and its original code, visual design, name, and other materials are owned by App Factory or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit those materials except where the law or the relevant app-store terms allow it.
Third-party services
2048 may include advertising or links provided by third parties. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. App Factory is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.
Warranties and liability
2048 is provided as available. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, App Factory is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, loss of locally stored progress, or your inability to use 2048.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms when 2048 or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If you have a question, contact support@periwin.com.
