Using Hexa Bloom

These terms apply when you install or use Hexa Bloom. By using Hexa Bloom, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Hexa Bloom. You must have permission from a parent or guardian if you are not legally able to agree to these terms where you live.

Permission to use Hexa Bloom

App Factory gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use Hexa Bloom for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of Hexa Bloom store from which you obtained it.

Game progress and availability

Scores, streaks, achievements, unlocked palettes, and game progress are for personal entertainment and have no cash value. Progress is stored locally and may be lost if the app is removed, its data is cleared, or the device is damaged. Hexa Bloom does not provide cloud sync or an exported progress backup. Daily puzzles change at midnight UTC.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

Advertising and optional rewards

The app may display home-screen banners after the first three levels and optional rewarded-interstitial videos. Automatic between-level advertisements are currently disabled. Advertisements are subject to availability and consent choices.

Undo requires an optional rewarded video. Eligible failed levels can offer a one-time reward of three extra moves. Rewards are granted only when the ad provider confirms completion; closing a video without earning its reward does not grant it. A full board cannot be reopened with extra moves.

An eligible ad-free reward grants three hours without banners, measured as elapsed time including time outside the app. Each reward extends any remaining period. Up to three ad-free rewards may be earned in a rolling 24-hour window. Optional videos for undo and extra moves remain available during ad-free time. These rewards have no cash value and are not required to complete the puzzles.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse Hexa Bloom, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass technical protections, or use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes another person’s rights.

Ownership

Hexa Bloom and its original code, visual design, name, and other materials are owned by App Factory or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit those materials except where the law or the relevant app-store terms allow it.

Third-party services

Hexa Bloom may include advertising or links provided by third parties. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. App Factory is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

Warranties and liability

Hexa Bloom is provided as available. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, App Factory is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, loss of locally stored progress, or your inability to use Hexa Bloom.

Updates and contact
