Using BlockFlow

These terms apply when you install or use BlockFlow. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. You must have permission from a parent or guardian if you are not legally able to agree to these terms where you live.

Permission to use the app

Periwin Studio gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use BlockFlow for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

Game progress and availability

Scores, achievements, and other game progress are for personal entertainment and have no cash value. Progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if the app is removed, its data is cleared, or the device is damaged. Backup and restore tools may be provided in the app, but you are responsible for keeping any exported backup safe.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

Advertising and optional rewards

The app may display third-party advertisements. Where offered, watching a rewarded video is optional and a reward is granted only when the ad provider confirms completion. Ad availability can vary. An ad-free time reward, if offered in your version of the app, gives 30 minutes without ads for each completed video, up to three rewards in a rolling 24-hour period. It is temporary and has no cash value.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass technical protections, or use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes another person’s rights.

Ownership

BlockFlow and its original code, visual design, name, and other materials are owned by Periwin Studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit those materials except where the law or the relevant app-store terms allow it.

Third-party services

The app may include advertising or links provided by third parties. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Periwin Studio is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

Warranties and liability

The app is provided as available. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Periwin Studio is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, loss of locally stored progress, or your inability to use the app.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If you have a question, contact support@periwin.com.
