Swipe any direction
Every tile slides as far as it can. A new tile appears after each move that changes the board.

Merge matching numbers
When two tiles with the same number touch, they join into one. A 2 and a 2 make a 4, a 4 and a 4 make an 8.

Reach 2048, then keep going
Build the 2048 tile to win, then carry on for a bigger score. The game ends when the board is full and nothing can merge.
